Gary Lane Allen II serves as an administrator with Trinity Health’s Nesbit Living and Recovery Center. Throughout his career, Gary Lane Allen II has worked in administration for multiple senior residential care facilities, beginning with Sava Senior Care in 1996.

Mr. Allen remained with Sava Senior Care until 2007, working closely with the company’s regional vice president of operations to oversee the company’s four facilities. In 2007, Trisun's Regency Nursing and Rehabilitation hired him to work closely with the regional vice president of operations, facilitate startup operations at the new center in Beaumont, Texas, and travel to other facilities to oversee operations.

Mr. Allen worked briefly for Senior Care at Onion Creek in 2011, helping the company launch its new nursing facility. Next, Preferred Care hired him in 2012 to manage its Parkview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, where he was responsible for the center's financial stability.

In 2023, Trinity Healthcare hired him to manage daily operations at Nesbit Living and Recovery Center. In this position, he ensures the facility complies with local, state, and federal regulations, while also training staff in safety and compliance mandates. He also makes sure resident care instructions are followed, leads clinical, managerial, and custodial teams, and serves as a liaison between staff members and resident families. His other responsibilities include hiring clinical staff, maintaining the budget, and setting fees. Additionally, he represents the company before its governing board, the public, and resident families.
